Set up your image in Yoast Seo

If you want to use other images than your set up image in post or page, you can make it by the Yoast SEO:

  1. Log in to your WordPress website.
  2. Click on ‘SEO’.
  3. Click on ‘Social’.
  4. Click on the Facebook tab.
  5. Enter a custom image, title, and description under Frontpage settings.
  6. Click ‘Save Changes’.

After that, if you have any empty space in images placeholder, Facebook will use that image.

Change image size

First of all, you must check out your image size, if you have it bigger than 1024px width, you must resize it – the best option is to use ratio 1:1

Minify your image

If you use the heavy image it makes many problems! Minify your image to make it smaller than 200 kB to make it use these free tools:

It works!
